SOU North Campus Village
Ashland, OregonIn 2011, Covey Pardee was retained to provide landscape architectural services on Southern Oregon University's North Campus Village, a new residential development with 700 beds housed in two suite-style apartment, and a separate full-service dining facility. CPLA'S responsibilities included conceptual site grading and overall hardscape layout, design of building entries, monumental stairs, and the formal quad between the buildings, and irrigation and planting design. Construction was completed in August 2013.
